Guests with Kolkata / North and South 24 Parganas/Hooghly/Howrah local ID Proof not allowed to check in.
Only voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License and Aadhar cards are acceptable. Pan card not acceptable. Guest with pan card as id proof will be denied check in.
Unmarried couple is allowed to check in.
Local ID is not allowed to check in.
Children of 3 yrs. or below can enjoy a free stay along with parents or authorised guardians.
Children between 4 – 10 years can enjoy a stay & meals for an additional charge in our property. Those who are 10 years or above are considered as an adult and will have to have pay adult rates.
Male visitor of the female room guest and reverse are not allowed.
Visitors are only allowed from 10 am till 9 pm in a room.
Smoking and alcohol consumption within the premises is not allowed.
